Experience and Passion/ Experiencia y pasión

About Us/ Acerca de nosotros

We work as a team, clients, lawyers, paralegals, and, often supporters as well.  We have years of experience representing employees not fairly compensated, misclassified employees, workers who have  suffered from wage theft, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other illegal employer practices. We have years of experience successfully representing immigrants facing deportation (removal or applying for visas, individuals harmed  by police misconduct, and other people who need quality and honest legal  representation.

At  the Flynn Law Office we represent workers (many of whom are Spanish  speaking) in individual and class action wage and hour cases, workplace  discrimination, harassment, or retaliation cases, and other  employment litigation.  We assist employees in workplace investigations,  and negotiating severance packages.

We  represent people who have endured police misconduct, such  as excessive force, unlawful arrest, wrongful death, or other police brutality or violation of  constitutional rights, and other civil rights cases.  We have achieved substantial verdicts and settlements.

We  represent immigrants in immigration court proceedings, cancellation of  removal, asylum, bond hearings USCIS petitions, Deferred Action for  Childhood Arrivals, prosecutorial discretion, U Visas, I-601 and I-601a  waivers, employment authorization, and consular processing, withholding  of removal, and Convention Against Torture cases.

We  enjoy regularly volunteering at immigration and workers’ rights  clinics, and handling a steady caseload of pro bono and low bono cases.   We often legal observe political demonstrations with the National  Lawyers Guild and monitor police abuses.  Co-counseling with other law  firms and non-profit organizations allows us collaborate with lawyers  and other legal workers on worthy cases.
